Get to Know Me
April 10th, 2009 | by anthonyblake |As messy as introductions and the formalities of all of that can get, I figured it would be best if I began with just that.
My name is Anthony Blake and I have been given this podium as the San Diego Chargers Correspondent for the Fanball Blog Network to hopefully stir up some lively discussions amongst the Charger faithful. I am a freelance writer with a fiery passion for sports of nearly every shape, size, and color.
I have been a San Diego fan since the days when Natrone Means and Stan Humphries ruled So Cal and took the Lighting Bolts to the Super Bowl in 1994 behind the defensive leadership of the legendary Junior Seau. Although only the nostalgia remains from those glory days, today’s Bolts are writing their own chapters of success and building it on a yearly basis.
Chargers football will be my responsibility on this blog to bring you the latest from Qualcomm Stadium to your computer screen. Anything related to the men in the powder blues will be mentioned on this page from fantasy forecasts to the skinny on who has been making some noise for the Bolts.
My lines of communication are always open and comments are not only welcome or encouraged but desired from my end. Give me your thoughts at any time on the latest news and player performance. This is certainly a two way street and the communication runs both ways. I can be reached via e-mail at (amblake21@yahoo.com) or on Facebook (AnthonyMizarkus). Any and every thought or comment pertinent to San Diego Chargers football is always welcome.
Hopefully now that this ugly introduction process is out of the way the news can take hold and strap you all into your seats for an exciting ride with the Bolts all season long. Thanks so much for stopping by and here’s to the Chargers!
